Every drop counts,
                     ...and so do you

We all face climate risks and access to clean and safe water is not worth risking.

WHAT WE DO

CoGo integrates multiple stakeholders in a catchment or water management area by facilitating collaborative governance.
CoGo provides education, information, and decision-making channels to connect our collaborators in person and through the internet.

Our platform already includes a range of partnerships that work collaboratively with us to address water management challenges in their respective areas.

Ultimately, we provide a space for collaboration, encouraging partners to identify gaps, develop strategies, and implement actions to address water management challenges.

Together we determine appropriate interventions to mitigate water risks and improve local water management. This initiative adopts novel, place-based approaches in its efforts to safeguard this valuable resource.

A single drop does not flow.

We think global and act local. Because water teaches us that everything is connected.

WHY WE MATTER

CoGo serves as a crucial connection point between partnerships, projects, economic systems, and research resources for ongoing multi-actor engagement in sustainable water management.

In addition we also serve as a platform for social learning, enabling our collaborators to share their experiences, learn from one another, and collectively build capacity for sustainable water management.

CoGo has a place-based approach that focuses on socio-ecological contexts. The network recognizes that each area has its own water management challenges that require tailored solutions.

Therefore, CoGo engages with people who live and work in specific areas to identify the water risks they face and collectively determine the best interventions to address them. This approach ensures that the interventions are context-specific and meet the needs and aspirations of the local community as well as the environment.
