Dr Charon Büchner-Marais
Managing director and lead researcher.
Charon dedicates her career to multi-stakeholder engagement in social-ecological systems governance collaboration in places that matter, as well as to publish and teach to make the study of commons much more geographically specific and relevant to the Western Cape and South Africa.
Charon specialises in transformational partnerships across sectors, in order to co-develop a collaborative governance approach in an endangered Commons.
